摘　　要：高校辅导员作为新时代大学生成长成才的人生导师和健康生活的知心朋友,在高等教育立德树人的过程中发挥着极其重要的作用。因而需要辅导员提升内在的亲和力以提高思想政治工作的针对性和实效性。本文结合辅导员自身优势并顺应时代潮流发展,从不忘初心、修身修心、培养耐心、培育匠心和永葆衷心等"五心"上凝练和拓展亲和力培养路径,进一步增强高校辅导员的职业素养和职业能力。As life mentors and good friends for college students’ healthy growth, college counselors play a very important role in the process of building up moral education and cultivating people. Therefore, it is urgent for counselors to enhance their internal affinity to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education. Combining the advantages of counselors and keeping pace with the time, this paper aims to cultivate the connotation and training path of college counselors ’ affinity through the ＂five hearts＂ compact of keeping original aspiration, building up body and mind, developing patience, fostering craftsmanship, and maintaining faithfulness, so as to further strengthen the professional quality and ability of college counselors.
