摘 要:MLLT3/AF9基因属于组蛋白甲基转移酶家族成员,从含有t(9,11)(p22;q23)易位的人白血病中得到。其通过识别组蛋白H3K9(组氨酸3赖氨酸9)乙酰化修饰,募集组蛋白甲基转移酶DOT1L催化H3K79甲基化的共沉积和基因活化,从而参与调节细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡。MLLT3/AF9基因能够引起全基因组转录表达的异常,从而参与多种肿瘤的发生、发展及预后,并且在机体的成长和发育中发挥着至关重要的作用。本文对MLLT3/AF9基因在细胞中表达及其与细胞生物学行为关系的研究进展作一综述。MLLT3 (myeloid/lymphoid or mixed lineage leukemia; translocated to, 3), also known as AFg, belongs to the family of histone methyltransferase and is involved in leukaemia with t(9,11)(p22 ;q23) translocation.It is associated with the regulation of cell proliferation, dif ferentiation and apoptosis by recognizing histone H3K9 (histidine 3 lysine 9) acetylation modifica tion and raising histone methyltransferase DOT1L to catalyze the co deposition and gene activa tion of H3K79 methylation. MLLT3/AF9 gene can cause abnormal expression of whole genome transcription. Therefore, it is related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of various tumors and plays an important role in the growth and development of body. This paper reviews the relationship between MLLT3/AF9 gene expression and cellular biological behavior.
