摘　　要：目的探讨复发性脑梗死患者血小板聚集率及其影响因素。方法选取2016年7月—2018年6月我院收治的复发性脑梗死和初发性脑梗死患者各30例,其中将初发性脑梗死患者作为本次实验的对照组,将复发性脑梗死患者作为本次实验的研究组。对比两组患者的血小板聚集率和影响因素。结果通过对比可得,研究组患者血小板聚集率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);用Logistic回归分析得出,在单因素分析中显示复发性脑梗死患者中高血压、糖尿病和冠心病的患病率明显大于初发性脑梗死患者,在多因素分析对比中,高血压、糖尿病和冠心病也是影响复发性脑梗死的主要危险因素。结论临床上对于复发性脑梗死患者的治疗,不仅仅需要抑制患者血小板的聚集,还需要对高血压、糖尿病和冠心病等危险因素进行控制。Objective To analyze platelet aggregation and its infuencing factors in patients with recurrent cerebral infarction. Methods From July 2016 to June 2018, 30 patients with recurrent cerebral infarction and 30 patients with primary cerebral infarction were selected. The patients with primary cerebral infarction were selected as the control group and the patients with recurrent cerebral infarction as the research group. Platelet aggregation and the infuencing factors of the two groups were compared. Results The platelet aggregation rate in the study group was signifcantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the incidence of hypertension, diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease in patients with recurrent cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that in patients with primary cerebral infarction by Logistic regression analysis. Hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease are also the main risk factors for recurrent cerebral infarction. Conclusion Clinical treatment of recurrent cerebral infarction patients, not only need to inhibit platelet aggregation, but also need to control the risk factors of hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease.
