摘  要:目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、铁蛋白、甘油三酯(TG),总胆固醇(CHOL),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、血清载脂蛋白B(APOB)/血清载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)比值与急性脑梗死的关系。方法选取2015年1月—2017年2月我院神经内科就诊的非脑血管疾病患者90例,2015年1月—2017年2月在我院神经内科住院120例急性脑梗死患者,检测2组患者血液Hcy、叶酸、hs-CRP、铁蛋白、TG、CHOL、HDL、LDL、APOB,APOA1,计算出APOB/APOA_1,并进行对比。结果脑梗死组患者Hcy、hs-CRP、铁蛋白、TG、LDL、APOB/APOA1水平较对照组高,叶酸较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组CHOL、HDL水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清同型半胱氨酸、叶酸、APOB/APOA1比值、脂蛋白等在急性脑梗死诊断、治疗和评估中具有重要意义。Objective To explore the relationship between homocysteine (Hcy),folic acid,high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP), three glycerol (TG), total cholesterol (CHOL), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), serum apolipoprotein B/APOAx ratio and acute cerebral infarction. Methods From January 2015 to February 2017,90 cases of non cerebral vascular diseases were selected from our hospital. From January 2015 to February 2017,120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selehed from our hospital . The subjects were tested for Hcy,folic acid, hs-CRP,ferritin,TG,CHOL,HDL,LDL,APOB,APOAx,and APOB/APOAx. And compare the levels of parameters of these two groups . Results The levels of Hcy,hs-CRP,ferritin,TG and APOB/APOAx in patients with cerebral infarction were higher than those in the control group, and the folic acid was lower than the control group.there was statistical significance (P〈0.05).Conclusion Serum homocysteine,folic acid, APOB/APOAx ratio, lipoprotein and so on are of great significance in the diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of acute cerebral infarction .
