摘　　要：随着中国城镇化发展速度不断加快,民族地区城镇化进程中社会治理取得一定成效。同时,民族地区城镇化进程中社会治理遭遇地方立法不完善、制度障碍、缺乏资源保护、精神文明建设缺位、人才短缺等方面的诸多问题,应该从完善地方立法,创新与完善重要制度改革,注重资源开发与民族地区经济协调发展,重视精神文明与文化事业建设、加强人才队伍建设等方面,提出民族地区城镇化进程中社会治理的对策。With the quickening development of urbanization in China, the social administration during the urbanized process in ethnic regions has achieved some positive result. Meanwhile, it is also faced with numerous problems such as imperfection of local legalization, hindrance of system, lack of resource protection, absence of spiritual civilization construction, shortage of personnel, and so on. Therefore, measures suggested for social administration during urbanized process in ethnic regions can be undertaken from the following aspects： to perfect the local legalization; to innovate and improve important institutional reform; to attach importance to the resource development and the harmonious development of the economy in ethnic regions; to value the construction of spiritual civilization and cultural causes; and to strengthen the construction of talent teams.
