摘 要:目的探讨健康行为习惯与学习成绩的关系,为中学生健康素质教育策略提供依据。方法运用自制问卷对杭州市发达、中等、欠发达地区共21所初高中6 245名学生健康行为习惯及学习成绩进行调查,采用卡方检验比较两者的差异及趋势,用二元Logistic回归法进一步比较城乡、男女中学生健康行为习惯与学习成绩的关系。结果除偏食行为外,学习成绩好、中、差三组中学生不良行为习惯报告率差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),且两者呈现负相关态势。多因素分析显示,不吃早餐行为对中学生成绩的影响具有普遍性(P<0.01),缺乏体育锻炼行为对城区学生成绩的影响尤为明显(P<0.01),女生被孤立、饮酒、电子游戏成瘾行为和男生有离家出走意念的,表现出更差的学习成绩(P<0.01)。结论树立中学生生活、心理、社会适应健康行为及习惯,是当下提升中学生学习成绩和实现我国健康教育、人格教育和素质教育策略的切入点和路径之一。Objective To investigate the relationship between the health behavior habits and academic achievement,in order to offer suggestions for students' health quality education strategy.Methods A total of 6 245 students from 21 primary and high schools in the economically developed,moderately and underdeveloped areas of Hangzhou were surveyed,using chi-squared comparative academic achievement and behavior differences and trends,binary logistic regression to further explore the relationship between different genders,urban and rural types of middle school students behavioral habits and academic achievement.Results Except for picky eating behavior,there were significant differences in reporting the rate of poor behavioral habits among three groups students differed in academic achievement(P〈0.01),and showing negative correlation trend.Multi-factor analysis showed that the poor eating behavior had a common impact on students' academic performance.The lack of physical exercise habits had a negative impact on urban students' academic performance(P〈0.01).Girls being isolated,drinking,with game addiction and boys having run away from home ideas tended to show worse academic performance(P〈0.01).Conclusion To create the life,psychological and social adaptation health habits as the breakthrough point is an effective path to improve the current middle school students' academic performance and meets the health education,personality education and quality education demand in our country.
