摘 要:基于强度传输方程的非干涉相位恢复技术可以通过求解方程从强度测量中计算出丢失的相位信息.但在实际成像中,成像系统中透镜孔径的限制会对恢复相位的分辨率产生一定的影响.为此,文中将倾斜光照的思想引入到基于强度传输方程的相位恢复中,在空间光调制器上加载调制函数,将平面波以不同的波矢倾斜入射到物体上,使透镜孔径的通带覆盖不同的频率空间.对这些通带所覆盖的场进行求和,从而获得具有更大通带的合成场,以提高系统在高频领域的成像能力.分别构建了基于4f和单透镜的多角度倾斜光调制系统,并由系统采集的强度图像结合强度传输方程求解出相位结果.实验结果表明,文中提出的方法在有效提高恢复相位分辨率的同时保证了恢复相位的精度.The non-intefferometric phase retrieval technology based on the transport of intensity equation (TIE) is employed to calculate the missing phase infomation from the intensity measurement. However, since the limit of the lens aperture exists in the actual imaging system, the resolution of recover-y phase will produce effect more or less. In this paper, the concept of tilted illumination is introduced into the phase retrieval based on the TIE, the modulation function is loaded on the spatial light modulator, and the plane wave with different wave vectors obliquely incident on the object, and then the pass-bands of the lens aperture cover the Fourier domain. Summing the fields covered by these pass-bands to obtain a synthesized field with a larger pass-band, which improves the imaging ability of the system in the high frequency field. At the same time, the tilted light modulation system with nmhi-angle based onand single lens is constructed, and the better phase results are obtained by the measred intensity images in combination with the TIE. The experimental results show that the proposed method ensres the recovery phase accuracy while effectively improving the recovery phase resolution.
