摘 要:目的 :针对药箱对温湿度精度要求高的特点,设计一种家庭药箱温湿度自动调控系统。方法 :该系统主要由单片机控制电路(STM32F103)、步进电动机驱动器(DRV8834)、温湿度传感器(DHT11)、半导体制冷片(TEC)、微型加湿器、微型抽湿机、显示触摸屏和电源组成。通过将温湿度传感器所测量的温湿度数值反馈到主控制芯片,利用数字PID(proportion-integration-differentiation)算法及Smith预估算法计算相关参数,实时进行脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)来控制步进电动机驱动器的使能,从而驱动半导体制冷片、微型加湿器及微型抽湿机,对药箱内的温湿度进行实时调控。结果:该系统可将药箱内环境的温湿度实时自动调节到设定范围,温、湿度可设定范围分别为0~50℃、20%~90%。结论:该系统满足了药物存放环境对温湿度的严格要求,使药物的疗效得到了有效的保证,实用性较强。Objective To design a temperature and humidity automatic control system of the household medicine chest. Methods The system was composed of a STM32F103 SCM control circuit, a DRV8834 step motor actuator, a DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor, a TEC semi-conductor cooler, a miniature humidifier, a miniature dehumidifier, a touch screen and a power source. The temperature and humidity data acquired by the sensor were sent to the main control chip, and corresponding parameters were calculated with digital proportion-integration-difterentiation (PID) algorithm and Smith predictor algorithm; pulse width modulation (PWM) was executed at real time to control the step motor actuator, so that the semi-conductor cooler, humidifier and dehumidifier were driven to control the temperature and humidity in the chest. Results The system could control the temperatm'e and humidity as designed at real time, the ranges of the temperatm'e and humidity were from 0 to 50℃ and from 20% to 90% respectively. Conclusion The system meets the requirements for temperature and humidity for medicine storage, and is worthy promoting practically. [
