摘 要:目的:探讨在脑血管疾病诊断中CTA、MRA及DSA的应用价值。方法:将200例具有完整临床资料的疑似脑血管疾病患者作为本文的研究对象,依次对所有患者进行CTA、MRA及DSA检查。结果:3种方式在脑动脉瘤及动静脉畸形检出部位上诊断结果基本一致。结论:在脑血管疾病的诊断中CTA、MRA及DSA的诊断准确率相似,但MRA诊断无射线伤害,可以作为首选方式。Objective: To explore the application value of CTA,MRA and DSA in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases. Methods: 200 cases of suspected cerebrovascular diseases with complete treatment information were taken as the basic data of this study. All patients were examined by CTA,MRA,and DSA in turn. Results: The diagnostic results of the 3 diagnostic methods were basically consistent in the location of arteriovenous malformations. Conclusion: In the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases,the diagnostic accuracy of CTA,MRA and DSA is similar,but MRA can be used as the first choice for diagnosing without radiation injury.
