农业公司治理结构与会计信息披露质量——来自深圳证券交易所的经验证据

摘　　要：文章以深圳证券交易所农业上市公司为样本,基于2007—2014年相关数据,采用有序logit回归分析方法,检验农业上市公司股权治理、管理层权力、董事会特征、监事会权力等治理结构对会计信息披露的影响程度,并与非农上市公司进行比较分析。实证结果发现,股权制衡度强、两职分离、监事会主席任职期限越长的农业上市公司会计信息披露质量会越高,对投资者利益的保护更好。提出:政府部门应加大力度监控农业公司的股东持股结构、督促其实行董事长和总经理实行两职分离、适当延长监事会主席的任职期限等建议。This article takes agricultural listed companies from Shenzhen Stock Exchange as samples, basing on 2007-2014 data, uses ordered logit regression analysis to test the impact of equity management, power management, board characteristics, the rights of the supervisory board and other governance structure on accounting information disclosure quality.The results showed stronger equity balance degree, two jobs separate, longer tenure of chairman of of the supervisory board have positive effect on accounting information disclosure quality of agricultural listed companies and better protect the interests of investors.
