摘　　要：以福建农林大学为例,分析当前工程实践环节面临的训练项目缺少创新、教学方法滞后、考察方式单一、各专业训练内容趋同等问题。以工程综合能力训练为目标,以体现农林专业学科特性为方向,对实践内容、教学方法、考察指标、实践环节设置进行改革研究,并讨论实践教师以研促教、以赛促教的能力提升途径,旨在提高具有农林特色应用复合型人才的培养质量。Taking Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an example,it was analyzed the lack of innovation in the current engineering practice,the lack of innovation in teaching methods,the single mode of investigation,and the equal content of training content in each professional.Taking the comprehensive training of engineering as the goal,reflecting the characteristics of agriculture and forestry disciplines,it was reformed the practical content,teaching methods,research indicators,and practice links,and discussed the ability of practical teachers to promote teaching and promote teaching.The aim is to improve the quality of the training of compound talents with agricultural and forestry characteristics.
