摘 要:为了研究球磨转速对机械合金化工艺的影响,首先在恒定不变转速的球磨机和变频调速的球磨机控制条件下,采用机械合金化工艺制成Ti30Fe20C50合金粉末,然后采用冷压烧结技术制备块体材料,分析球磨转速对粉末粒度及材料性能的影响。结果表明:变频调速控制的球磨工艺与不变转速的相比,制成的合金粉末粒度更小,块体材料的致密度和抗压强度更大。In order to study the effect of ball mill speed on mechanical alloying process, firstly, Ti30 Fe20 C50 alloy powder was made by mechanical alloying under the control condition of the ball mill and the frequency conversion speed of the ball mill at constant speed. Then the cold pressing sintering technique is used to prepare the block material, analyzing the impact of the ball speed on the particle size and material performance. The results show that the ball grinding process controlled by frequency conversion is compared with the constant speed, the alloy powder has a smaller particle size, and the density and compressive strength of the block material is greater.
