摘　　要：目的探讨中枢神经细胞瘤地中海贫血伴精神发育迟滞综合征基因(ATRX)的表达模式。方法选择中枢神经细胞瘤19例、弥漫性星形细胞瘤IDH突变型(WHO Ⅱ级)20例和间变型弥漫性星形细胞瘤IDH突变型(WHO Ⅲ级)10例,采用免疫组化染色法检测ATRX蛋白表达,观察ATRX在中枢神经细胞瘤的表达模式。结果 ATRX在中枢神经细胞瘤细胞核中呈弥漫阳性,表达率为100%(19/19);ATRX在弥漫性星形细胞瘤IDH突变型和间变型弥漫性星形细胞瘤IDH突变型的病例中阴性,失表达率分别为80%(16/20)和60%(6/10);ATRX失表达率在中枢神经细胞瘤与星形细胞瘤中的差异显著(P<0.001)。结论 ATRX在中枢神经细胞瘤中的表达无缺失,在星形细胞瘤与中枢神经细胞瘤鉴别中有一定的意义。Objective To investigate the ATRX expression pattern of the central neurocytoma. Methods Central neurocytoma（ 19 cases）,diffuse astrocytoma IDH mutant（ WHO grade Ⅱ）（ 20 cases） and anaplastic astrocytoma IDH mutant（ WHO Ⅲ）（ 10 cases） were collected. By using immunohistochemical staining, ATRX protein expression was detected,and the expression patterns were observed in the central nervous cell tumor. Results ATRX was diffusely positive in the central neurocytoma cell nuclei; ATRX loss rate was 80 %（ 16/20）,and 80 %（ 6/10）,respectively,in diffuse astrocytoma IDH mutant and anaplastic astrocytoma IDH mutant. Difference of ATRX loss rate between central neurocytoma and astrocytoma was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 001）. Conclusion ATRX is retained in central neurocytoma,suggesting that it may be a differential marker between astrocytoma and central neurocytoma.
