摘 要:本文基于1998-2007年中国工业企业数据,采用核密度估计方法计算了企业层面的工资变动分布特征和名义工资刚性程度,发现中国的名义工资刚性程度平均水平为3.37%,处于相对比较低的水平;中国的名义工资刚性程度在省份之间存在比较大的差异,通货膨胀率上升时名义工资下降刚性更强;从企业层面来看,工资刚性的时间序列变化并没有明显的规律性特征。This paper employs kernel density estimation method to examine the distribution of nominal wage changes and the degree of downward nominal wage rigidity at the firm level, using China's industrial enterprises data in 1998 -2007. The results show that nationally the average degree of nominal wage rigidity is at a very low level of 3.37 percent. However, the degree of wage rigidity has significant differences across provinces. Moreover, it finds a positive relationship between the degree of downward nominal wage rigidity and the inflation rate. But there is no clear pattern of changes in the degree of wage rigidity during this period.
