摘　　要：报告1例浅表性血管黏液瘤。患者男,75岁。左侧乳头结节状赘生物5年,间有疼痛,逐渐增大。皮损(左侧乳头)组织病理检查示:乳头状增生,表皮变薄,表皮突下延,真皮小血管增生,慢性炎性细胞浸润,间质黏液变。阿新蓝染色(+),免疫组化:波形蛋白(Vim)(+)、CD31(+)、CD34(+),S-100蛋白(-)。考虑浅表性血管黏液瘤。A rare case of superficial angiomyxoma is reported. A 75-year-old man presented with a gradually growing neoplasm with occasional pain on the left nipple for 5 years. Histopathological manifestations of lesional skin included papillary hyperplasi- a, thinner epidermis, downward elongation of rete ridges in the epidermis, and proliferation of small blood vessels, infiltration of chronic inflammatory cells and myxoid degeneration in the dermis. Alcian blue staining was positive. Immunohistochemistry re- vealed Vim （＋）, CD31（＋）, CD34（＋） and S-100（-）. These findings are consistent with diagnosis of superficial angiomyxoma.
