白色纤维性丘疹病  

White fibrous papulosis:a case report

摘　　要：报告1例白色纤维性丘疹病。患者男,27岁。双肩胛部丘疹10余年,无自觉症状。皮肤科检查:双侧肩胛散在白色丘疹,直径2~5 mm,部分皮损萎缩。皮损组织病理检查示真皮中上方胶原纤维增生,排列不规则。弹性纤维染色显示真皮浅层弹性纤维减少。结合临床表现及皮损组织病理检查结果诊断为白色纤维性丘疹病。本病为良性病程,暂无特效治疗方法,可临床观察。A case of white fibrous papulosis is reported. A 27-year-old man had asymptomatic papules on the both shoulders for over 10 years. Physical examination revealed multiple, ivory-white papules 2 to 5 mm in diameter, and some lesions were a- trophic. Histopathology showed proliferative collagen fibers, irregularly arranged in the upper and middle dermis. Elastic fiber staining showed decreased elastic fibers in the upper dermis. A diagnosis of white fibrous papulosis was made according to the clinical and pathological manifestations. Because this disease is benign, no special treatment is required except following up.
