摘　　要：在构建中国特色社会主义法律体系背景之下,推介优秀法学研究成果走向世界,为全球治理贡献中国智慧,提供中国方案,大力推进＂一带一路＂建设,已经成为当代社会发展的重大命题。回溯百年法制建设心路历程,＂东法西渐＂的文化输入模式应当成为＂西法东渐＂历史旧迹的时代回应。文化的交流与共鸣是各个国家之间深层次了解的过程,国家社科基金＂中华学术外译项目＂将我国哲学社会科学研究的优秀成果翻译成不同国家的语言向世界传播,为我国优秀学术成果提供了走向全世界的媒介,为国外学界发现中国、了解中国、认知中国提供了重要平台。Under the background of constructing a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics, the introduction of the achievements of outstanding works of legal studies to the world, the contribution of Chinese wisdom for global governance, the provision of a Chinese plan, and the vigorous promotion of the construction of the ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂ have become the crucial topics in contemporary social development. Looking back on the history of building a legal system with Chinese characteristics for the past 100 years, the old model of＂disseminating the Western laws to the Orient＂ has gradually been transformed to the new model of＂disseminating Chinese laws to the West＂. The cultural exchanges and resonance is the process of the deeper mutual understanding among the countries. The National Social Science Fund,＂Chinese Academic Works Translation Project＂ aims at translating the excellent and outstanding academic works in social sciences into different languages and disseminating them to the world.It has been endeavoring to provide a medium for domestic outstanding academic works to be known by other research colleagues around the world and at the same time, it also provides an important platform for the international academic circle to know and understand Chinese academic situations and achievements.
