摘　　要：法学博士,国之栋梁,依法治国之战略储备,当为重器。其求学习问不囿于识,不止于身,而在于成人、博学、治世也。然今法学博士习问之道,恐有所偏。博士其身,志存非远,立意尚浅,有图近利唯求学历之嫌,而无大局意识;言及习问之道,唯尊法学,而罔顾他识之补充,专业不精,其他学科又涉及不足。首先,为求法学博士研习之法,当立德树人、德法兼修,融德、法、政为一体,此乃求学大义。其次,谈及具体研修,应重教学相长、师生互动,及研究方式之立体。最后,当学以致用。千翻磨砺,仍需身体力行。总言之,博士其人,求学意在修身养性,藏器于身,待时而动,济世安邦。Doctor of jurisprudence are the center strength of a country,and the strategic reserve for managing state affairs according to law, shall be regarded as treasures. The goal of educating should not limited to the acknowledge,it should be including how to be a great person,with wide range of studies or learning,conduct the affairs. But nowadays,there is a still big gap between the phenomenon what the PHD shows and the aim we expected.As for the doctoral candidate, who just want to gradate without considering the morality and the politics; insufficient interaction between teachers and students and the supervisor of a doctoral candidate, may not so professional,have some problems in guiding students, as for the way of learning, merely focus on laws and ignore to research other subject knowledge, what is more,some doctoral candidates have a solid theoretical knowledge,but be lack of specific practice, this is still useless. The doctoral candidate should keep the principle which ruling the country by law and ruling the country by virtue complement each other in mind. So, the crux of the educating contains great aim, establish good relationship between supervisor and the doctoral candidates and establish the system of study.
