摘 要:大数据对各类高校创新人才培养模式提出新的要求,财务管理专业人才更需具备业财深融、数据挖掘分析、卓越领导等核心能力。而当前我国高校财务管理专业人才的培养,在培养目标、课程体系、教学模式和教学评价等核心问题上与需求存在较大冲突。高校财务管理专业需要进一步改革人才培养目标,加强以课程体系、教学模式和教学评价为核心的改革,提高学生课堂参与度,满足个性化人才培养需求。Big data puts forward new requirements for the training mode of innovative talents m various universities. The financial management professionals need to have the core competences of the better industrial-financial inte- gration, data mining analysis and excellent leadership. At present, there is a great conflict between the core issues such as the training target, the curriculum system, the teaching mode as well as the teaching evaluation and the de- mands in the training of the college financial management professionals. The financial management major in various u- niversities needs to further reform the goal of training talents, strengthen the reform with the curriculum system, teaching mode and teaching evaluation as the core, increase the students' classroom participation and meet the needs of individualized talents training.
