摘  要:以高相对分子质量聚醚、4, 4′–二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)以及异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料制备聚氨酯预聚体PUA和PUB,加入填料后制备了一种低模量聚氨酯密封胶。探究了不同偶联剂对聚氨酯黏结性能的影响,优化出PUA与PUB最佳的混合比例,对其耐老化性能进行了系统研究。研究发现,该密封胶耐老化性能较好,对建筑基材如玻璃、铝塑板、铝材、钢材等具有广谱的黏结性能。该密封胶的综合性能为:拉伸强度达到2.7 MPa,断裂伸长率为880%,剪切强度为2.6 MPa,邵A硬度为40。A kind of polyurethane sealant with low modulus was prepared by introducing the fillers into the polyurethane prepolymers PUA and PUB prepared by using the high relative molecular mass polyether, 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) as raw materials. The influence of different coupling agents on the adhesion performance of the polyurethane was investigated. The best mixing ratio of the PUA and PUB was optimized, and their anti-aging performance was systematically investigated. It is found by the investigations that said sealant possesses better anti-aging performance and broad adhesion performance to the building substrates such as glass, aluminum-plastic panel, aluminum, steel and so on. The comprehensive performance of said sealant isas follows: the tensile strength reaches 2.7 MPa, the elongation at break is 880%, the shear strength is 2.6 MPa, and the Shore A hardness is 40.
