摘　　要：诊所法律教育自引介到中国大陆以后,在如何组织实施诊所教学方面,缺乏一套简明扼要的可操作性方案。笔者在长期的诊所教学实践中,总结了一些经验和教训,形成了一套贯穿诊所法律教育前、后、内、外的教学实施方案,包括诊所课堂的设置、诊所教师的选任、诊所学生的选拔,课堂教学的组织,课外实践的安排,教学绩效的评估等方面,可以为新法律诊所的开办、新进法律诊所的教师的教学以及法律诊所的可持续发展提供一些有益的参考。Since its introduction to China's Mainland, clinic legal education keeps a lack of concise and constructive program in how to organize the implementation of clinic teaching. In the long-term clinic practice, the author summed up some experiences and lessons and formed a set of teaching practice inside and outside the clinic legal education practices, which includes the setting of the clinic class, the selection of the clinic teachers, the clinic students selection, classroom teaching organization, extracurricular practice arrangement,evaluation of teaching performance and so on. The research can provide some useful references for the new legal clinic practice, the teaching of new laws and make the sustainable development of legal clinics.
