摘　　要：美国的法学教育一直被认为是世界上最成功的教育典范。作为大学教育的灵魂,教师群体的重要性是不言而喻的。得益于美国大学的终身聘任制,法学教师享有较大的职业自由、崇高的社会地位以及不菲的收入。对美国法学院教职体系的探讨对我国的法学教育改革是一项十分宝贵的经验。The American legal education is generally regarded as the most successful model around the world. As the soul of college education, it is self-evident that the quality of faculty is extremely important. Benefiting from the tenure system in American universities, law school faculty enjoy greater professional freedom, keep high social status and get well-paid. Analysis of faculty system in American law schools is one of precious experiences for legal education reform in contemporary China.
