摘　　要：蒙古族文化语境中的巫术——"多木",其概念、范畴、目的与汉文和英文语境中的"巫术"不同,它们之间存在一定的意义差异。传统蒙古族民间社会与文化背景中,"多木"的社会功能和存在意义可以阐释为一种基于民间信仰的地方性医治知识。如今,因现代化医疗卫生服务的迅速发展和传统社会结构的空前改变,"多木"——这个民族医术文化已经或正在面临断承危机。当代蒙古族社会文化空间中,"多木"已经失却其昔日的社会地位,它只是作为一种边缘文化的形态而存在。The concept,category and purpose of the"dom"in the Mongolian cultural context is different from it in the Han and western cultural context,and there is a great cultural differences between them.In the Mongolian traditional folk society and culture background,the social function and existence meaning of the"dom"can be interpreted as a kind of local healing knowledge.Nowadays,due to the rapid development of the modern medical and health services and the unprecedented changes of the traditional social structure,the Mongolian"dom"is facing a fracture crisis.It has lost the former social status and exists as a kind of marginal culture form in the contemporary Mongolian culture space.
