摘　　要：随着世界绿色消费、无污染消费和保健消费热的兴起,我国荞麦成为俏销商品,发展前景十分广阔。本文从选地整地、选用良种及种子处理、适期播种、土肥水管理、病虫害防治、适时收获等方面介绍了荞麦的高产栽培技术,以期为种植户提供技术参考。With the rise of the green consumption pollution-free consumption and health care consumption in the world buckwheat has becomea kind of popular commodity with broad prospects for development in China. The high yield cultivation techniques of buckwheat were introduced in thispaper,including the aspects of site selection and soil preparation,seed selection and treatment,timely sowing,soil fertilizer and water management,disease and insect control,timely harvest,etc,in order to provide references for growers.
