摘  要:为了探求沼液在马铃薯脱毒种薯繁育中的应用效果,于2015年进行了沼液浸微型薯繁育原种的试验。结果表明,微型薯沼液浸种繁育原种能显著提高原种产量、原种单株块茎重量、单位面积30 g以上原种块茎的重量和比例以及原种块茎平均重量,进一步提高了原种的繁殖效率,是一项值得大面积推广应用的技术。In order to explore the application effect of biogas slurry in potato virus-free seed potato breeding,the experiment of biogas slurryimmersion miniatures potato breeding was carried out in 2015.The results showed that the seed yield,the weight of the individual tuber,the weight andproportion of the original tuber per unit area of more than 30 g and the average weight of the original tuber could be significantly increased.Thereproductive efficiency of the original species could be further improved.It was a technology worthy of widely applied.
