摘  要:使用IBA、NAA 2种激素对大七星山茶单节单叶插穗进行处理,探讨基质种类、浸泡浓度和浸泡时间对大七星山茶扦插的影响。结果表明,IBA、NAA能有效提高大七星茶山茶的生根速度和质量,IBA处理后的插穗生根数量较其他条件处理后的插穗多;混合激素(1∶1)处理后的插穗生根数量仅次于IBA处理,但新根的平均长度最长。不同基质条件下,平均生根速度与生根率均表现为蛭石>黄土>菜园土;最佳处理条件为蛭石+混合激素(500 mg/L)+浸泡20 min。The single-section single-leaf cuttings of Big Seven Star were treated with two kinds of hormones IBA and NAA.The effectsof substrate type,soaking concentration and soaking time on the cutting of Big Seven Star Camellia were discussed.The results showed that IBA andNAA could effectively improve the rooting speed and quality of Big Seven Star Camellia.The roots quantity of cuttings treated with IBA was higher thanthat of other conditions;and the rooting quantity of cuttings treated with mixed hormone(1:1) was second,but the average length of new roots was thelongest.The average rooting speed and rooting rate under different substrate conditions were vermiculite〉loess〉vegetable garden soil;the best treatmentcondition was vermiculite+mixed hormone(500 mg/L)+soaking 20 min.
