摘 要:电子染色内镜技术是近期消化内镜领域的重大进展,其中以窄带成像(NBI)技术的应用最为广泛,其是一种利用窄带波光成像的技术。学者们通过对各种消化道病变NBI模式下毛细血管结构、表面结构以及病灶色泽的分析提出了多种分型标准,并结合临床实践使其更实用、规范,以期利用这些分型准确判断消化道病变性质,从而选择恰当的治疗策略。本文就NBI内镜分型诊断早期结直肠癌的应用和进展作一综述。Electron staining endoscopy is a major advance in the field of digestive endoscopy, in which narrow-band imaging (NBI) is the most widely used technique. By analyzing the capillary vessel structure, surface structure and color of various digestive tract lesions in the NBI mode, scholars proposed a variety of classification criteria, and combined it with clinical practice to make it more practical and standard. The use of these criteria might make it possible to accurately determine the nature of digestive tract lesions and select appropriate treatment strategies. This article reviewed the application and progress of NBI in the diagnosis of early colorectal cancer.
