西帕依固龈液对头颈部肿瘤放疗期间口咽部黏膜的保护作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察西帕依固龈液对于头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间口咽部黏膜的保护作用。方法选择2015年1月1日—2017年6月30日在我院行单纯放疗的头颈部肿瘤120例,采用随机数字表法分成西帕依固龈液组40例、复方氯己定组43例和未用药组37例,在常规口腔清洁基础上分别给予西帕依固龈液、复方氯己定含漱液及不用药治疗放射性口咽部黏膜损伤。比较3组放疗期间口腔黏膜损伤、咽部疼痛和不良反应发生情况。结果放疗期间,轻度口腔黏膜损伤和咽部疼痛发生率西帕依固龈液组>复方氯己定组>未用药组,中重度口腔黏膜损伤和咽部疼痛发生率西帕依固龈液组<复方氯己定组<未用药组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。西帕依固龈液组患者无用药相关不良反应发生,复方氯己定组患者均有不同程度的口腔、牙齿着色反应。结论西帕依固龈液可明显减轻头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间中重度口腔黏膜损伤和咽部疼痛,对口咽部黏膜有一定的保护作用。Objective To evaluate the protective efIbet of Xipayi gingiva protective solution on oropharyn- geal mueosa during radiotherapy to head and neck tumors. Methods A total of 120 patients with head and neck tumors who underwent radiotherapy in our hospital flom January 1,2015 to June 30, 2017 were divided into Xipayi gingiva protective solution group （n = 40）, Compound Gargle Solution Chlorhexidine Giueonatie group （n = 43 ） and untreatment group （ n = 37） according to random number table. On the basis of regular oral cavity cleaning, Xipayigingiva protective solution, Compound Gargle Solution Chlorhexidine Giueonatie and no medication were used to treat radiation-induced oropharyngeal mueosal injury in the three groups. Oral mueosal injury, pharynx pain and adverse reactions were compared during radiotherapy period between the three groups. Results During radiotherapy, inci- dence of mild oral mueosal injury and pharyngeal pain was as follows ： Xipayi gingiva protective solution group 〉 Com- pound Gargle Solution Chlorhexidine Giueonatie group 〉 untreatment group （P 〈 0.01 ） ; incidence of moderate to se- vere oral mueosal injury and pharyngeal pain was Xipayi gingiva protective solution group 〈 Compound Gargle Solution Chlorhexidine Giueonatie group 〈 untreatment group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. No advmse drug reactions were found in Xipayi gingiva protective solution group, whereas there were some oral and tooth coloration reactions in Compound Gargle So- lution Chlorhexidine Giueonatie group. Conclusion Xipayi gingiva protective solution can significantly alleviate moderate to severe oral mueosa injury and pharyngeal pain for patients with head and neck tumors during radiotherapy, and have a protective etteet on oropharyngeal mueosa.
