摘　　要：我国经济和各行业企业发展改变着市场对会计专业人才的需求,需要会计工作人员的综合能力更加符合岗位需求。提出了建设师资队伍,强化专业建设水平;明确专业目标,培养专业人才;改革考试模式,完善专业教学模式;构建教学体系,加强会计专业建设。The development of China ＇s economy and industries has changed the market ＇s demand for accounting professionals. Higher requirements for accountants ＇ abilities and responsibilities are put forward. It needs the comprehensive ability of accounting staff to meet the post needs,so as to ensure the quality and efficiency of accounting related work. Therefore,the construction of adult accounting profession should be employment-oriented,so as to ensure that the training of accounting professionals can meet the development needs of the industry.
