摘 要:脂肪酸钙是反刍动物饲料中一种重要的添加剂。目前,针对其合成路线的研究,主要通过皂化反应来实现。本实验以常见的脂肪酸——棕榈酸为原料,经充分乳化后与氧化钙溶液混合,制备棕榈酸钙。通过单因素实验,得到最佳反应条件为:二乙醇胺添加量占棕榈酸的3%(w/w),反应时间1.5 h,反应温度65℃,棕榈酸与水的重量比1∶6,氧化钙添加量占棕榈酸55%(w/w),乳化时间4 h。在最佳条件下所制备的棕榈酸钙产品中,产品收率为95.57%,产品产率可达97.76%。Calcium salts of fatty acids is an important additive in ruminant feed. At present the research on its synthetic route is mainly achieved by saponification reaction.In previous research, calcium salts of fatty acids were usually prepared via saponification. In this article, we used palmitic acid as raw material, and mixed with calcium oxide after adequate emulsification. The optimal reaction conditions determined by experiments were as follows: the dosage of diethanol amine was 3% of palmitic acid (w/w), the reaction time was 1.5 h under 65 ℃, the ratio of palmitic acid to water was 1∶6 (w/w) with 4 h emulsification, and the content of calcium oxide was 55% of palmitic acid (w/w). Results showed that the yields of calcium salts of palmitic acid was 95.57%, whereas 97.76% of fatty acids were successfully combined.
