摘　　要：采用文献资料法、比较分析法等,对我国北方高校冰雪文化建设的意义、价值、冰雪文化内涵及发展策略进行讨论,提出要重视校园冰雪文化建设,正确认识建设的长期性、科学性和可行性,要坚持特色建设、做好冰雪文化传承与发展,进而实现促进学生身心健康、健全人格及提高社会适应能力等培养目标等。This paper discusses the value,the connotation and the development strategy of ice and snow culture construction in northern colleges and universities with the means of literature and comparative analysis. We should adhere to the characteristics of ice and snow culture and achieve the goal of promoting students＇ physical and mental health,and their personality and ability to adapt to the social needs.
