安多霖胶囊对头颈部肿瘤放疗损伤防护作用的初步临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价安多霖胶囊对接受单纯放射治疗的头颈部肿瘤患者放射损伤的防护效果。方法选取2013年1月1日至2015年6月30日新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的120例接受单纯放射治疗的头颈部肿瘤患者,随机分为服用安多霖胶囊的治疗组和未服药的对照组各60例。比较两组患者在放疗期间口腔黏膜、咽部及唾液腺功能损伤情况。结果治疗组患者在放疗期间口腔黏膜、咽部及唾液腺功能的放疗损伤发生率均低于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论安多霖胶囊能减轻头颈部肿瘤患者放疗后急性口腔黏膜、咽部及唾液腺的放疗损伤,对头颈部肿瘤放疗损伤有良好的防护作用,头颈部肿瘤放疗同时配合安多霖胶囊是较为理想的治疗方案。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Anduolin capsulein preventing and repairing radiation injury of patients of head and neck carcinoma with mere radiotherapy. Method From January 1,2013 to June 30, 2015,120 patients of head and neek carcinoma with mere radiotherapy were randomly divided into the treatment group for 60 cases and the control group for 60 cases. The experimental group was given the Anduolin capsulein, and the control group was given no medication. The injury degree of oral mucosa, pharynx and salivary glands function of the patients in the two groups during the radiotherapy were compared. Result The oral mucosa, pharynx and salivary glands function radiation injury of the treatment group was significantly lighter than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Anduolin can lighten acute oral mucosa, pharynx and salivary glands function radiation injury of patients of head and neck carcinoma, and promote the repair of radiation injury. Anduolin is effective in preventing and repairing radiation injury of head and neck carcinoma, and it will be a satisfactory method of adjuvant treatment for head and neck carcinoma radiotherapy.
