摘 要:由于引进的常规PID连续退火炉温度控制系统在外界发生扰动时振荡和调节时间过长,精度不理想,因此新钢冷轧厂在2017年对该温度控制系统进行了改进,引入史密斯预估器用于解决滞后和超调量大的问题。实践证明,加入史密斯预估器的温度控制系统能降低扰动时被控对象的超调和滞后,提高了规格过渡时带钢温度的控制精度,降低了连退炉的能耗。The adjustment period of the imported routine PID temperature control system was very long when the outside condition is disturbed,which led to an unsatisfied precision. Therefore,in2017,the temperature control system was improved in Xinsteel,and the Smith predictor was introduced to solve the problem of lag and big overshoot. Practice has proved that the temperature control system with Smith predictor can reduce the overshoot and lag of the controlled object during disturbance,improve the control accuracy of the strip temperature during the specification transition,and reduce the energy consumption of the continuous annealing furnace.
