摘  要:目的探讨老年综合评估(Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment,CGA)护理干预对高龄住院患者营养指标的影响。方法选取2015年10月-2016年10月在该院干部病房住院的老年患者80例作为研究对象,将研究对象随机分为对照组和CGA干预组,各40例。研究前所有入选患者入院2d内均完成营养风险筛查NRS2002评估量表,两组均检查前白蛋白、白蛋白、血红蛋白及淋巴细胞计数等血液营养指标。对照组实施常规护理干预,CGA组在常规护理的基础上实施CGA干预,针对CGA发现的问题,进行科学的护理干预。3个月后复查血液营养指标及营养风险评估。结果CGA干预组各项血液营养指标改善明显好于对照组,NRS2002评分改善优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论应用CGA进行护理干预可以改善老年患者全身营养状况,提高专科护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of the elderly comprehensive geriatric assessment nursing interven- tion on nutritional indexes with the elderly inpatients. Methods A total of 80 eases of the elderly inpatients admitted in the cadre ward from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research objects. The inclusion criteria included the hospitalization time was more than three months, the age was more than 80 years old. All included subjects had chronic diseases. The research objects were randomly divdided into the control group and the CGA intervention group, 40 cases of each group. Before the study, all enrolled patients completed the NRS2002 evaluation scale of nutrition risk screening within 2 days after admission. The pre albumin, albumin, hemoglobin and lymphocyte counts of the two groups were examined. Routine nursing intervention was performed in the control group. The CGA group carried out CGA intervention on the basis of routine nursing, and carried out scientific nursing intervention for problems discovered by CGA. After three months, the blood nutrition indicators and nutritional risk assessment were reviewed, Results All of blood nutrition indicators of the CGA intervention group, were significantly better than those of the control group. The score of NRS2002 was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The application of CGA nursing intervention can improve the general nutritional status of the eld- erly, and enhance the special nursing quality.
