摘　　要：从我国城镇化建设、综合交通体系、市域铁路站前和站后关键技术标准等方面,总结我国都市圈市域铁路和国外同类功能交通项目设计、建设、运营、管理实践经验及成果,分析市域铁路与城际铁路、城市轨道交通的差异和特点,梳理、凝练市域铁路总体设计的关键技术,突出了市域铁路的服务性、经济性与创新性。对于统一市域铁路设计技术标准,构建多层次现代化交通网络系统,指导和推进市域铁路快速、可持续发展具有较强的指导作用。From the aspects of Chinese urbanization, comprehensive transport system, the key technical standards before and after civil works, the paper summarizes the design, construction, operation and management practical experience and achievements of Chinese suburban railway and foreign traffic projects with similar functions, analyzes the differences among suburban railway, intercity railway and urban rail transit as we as their features, overviews and encapsulates the key technologies of suburban railway overall design and highlights the service, economy and innovation of suburban railway, which provides guidance for unifying the design technical standards of suburban railway, establishing multilevel modern traffic network and promoting fast and sustainable development of suburban railway.
