摘 要:为明确多肽在番茄抗病促生方面的应用效果,为其在设施蔬菜中大面积推广应用奠定理论基础,在春茬设施番茄上开展多肽应用效果试验,结果表明:多肽对番茄具有较好的抗病促生应用效果,多肽对番茄的最佳施用浓度为700倍液,番茄株高增高11.5%,开花数量增加35.1%,单果质量增加16.2%,病害降低5%~10%,还原糖提高3.7%。In order to identify the effect of polypeptide on growth and disease resistance of tomato and establish the theoretical foundation for the application of polypeptide on protected vegetables, the field experiment was carried out on tomato in spring stubble about the effect of bioactive polypeptide. The results indicated that the optimum concentration of polypeptide applied on tomato plants was 700 times diluted solution, the plant height was improved by 11.5 %, the number of flowers was increased by 35.1%, the weight of single fruit was increased by 16.2%, the disease incidence was decreased by 5% ~ 10%, and the reducing sugar was increased by 3.7%. In conclusion, the bioactive polypeptide has remarkable effect on growth and disease resistance of tomato.
