耳穴压籽法联合局部穴位按摩对青少年轻、中度近视屈光不正的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨耳穴压籽法联合局部穴位按摩对青少年近视性屈光不正的疗效。方法：选择海南省轻、中度近视性屈光不正的青少年114例,随机分两组,分别57例,对照组佩戴近视眼镜,托品酰胺滴眼液滴眼,1-2滴/次,1次/d;观察组给与耳穴压籽法联合局部穴位按摩,持续治疗4周。比较两组间临床疗效,记录裸眼远视力（ncorrectedvisual acuity,UCVA）、眼内压、屈光度及眼轴长度,评价中医证候积分,同时记录不良反应。结果：对照组有效率82.46%低于观察组94.74%,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组和观察组治疗后UCVA为0.60±0.15、0.71±0.14,眼内压为（16.47±0.70）mm Hg、（15.84±0.68）mm Hg,屈光度为（-1.18±0.37）D、（-0.85±0.30）D,眼轴长度为（24.12±0.37）mm、（23.79±0.35）mm,视物模糊为0.72±0.27、0.49±0.24,异物感为0.56±0.21、0.38±0.17,酸胀不适为0.60±0.24、0.35±0.21,干涩流泪为0.43±0.18、0.27±0.15,对照组和观察组上述指标比较,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组间不良率比较,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：耳穴压籽法联合局部穴位按摩对青少年近视的疗效显著,有助于提高视力,改善视物疲劳等症状,值得广泛推广。Objective： To investigate the effect of sticking and pressing ear acupoint combined with local acupoint massage on light and moderate myopia in teenagers. Methods： A total of 114 cases of primary school students in Hainan Province with mild and moderate myopia were randomly divided into 2 groups,57 cases in each. The control group received wearing glasses,tropicamide eye drops,1 to 2 drops per time,once a day. The observation group additionally received sticking and pressing ear acupoint combined with local acupoint massage,and two groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy was compared,levels of ncorrectedvisual acuity（UCVA）,intraocular pressure,diopter and axial length were recorded,scores of TCM syndromes were evaluated,and the side effects were recorded. Results： The effective rate of the control group（82. 46%） was lower than the observation group＇s 94. 74%,which was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. The levels of UCVA in the control group and the observation group were 0. 60 ± 0. 15 and 0. 71 ± 0. 14. The intraocular pressures were（16. 47 ± 0. 70） mm Hg and（15. 84 ± 0. 68） mm Hg and diopter values were（-1. 18 ± 0. 37） D and（-0. 85 ± 0. 30） D. The axial lengths were（24. 12 ± 0. 37） mm and（23. 79 ±0. 35） mm. The scores of blurred vision were 0. 72 ± 0. 27 and 0. 49 ± 0. 24 and the foreign body sensations were 0. 56 ± 0. 21 and0. 38 ± 0. 17; soreness were 0. 60 ± 0. 24 and 0. 35 ± 0. 21; dry tears were 0. 43 ± 0. 18 and 0. 27 ± 0. 15,and indexes had statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Adverse rate in two groups had no differences（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Sticking and pressing ear acupoint combined with local acupoint massage was effective in the treatment of myopia in teenagers. It helps to improve vision and improve visual fatigue. It is worthy of popularizing widely.
