摘　　要：为了解中医药治疗周围神经病变的国内外研究现状,作者通过对近10年国内外使用中医药治疗化疗致周围神经病变的相关文献进行分析,发现化疗所致周围神经病变发病率高,患者生活质量下降明显,往往影响化疗疗效;在临床研究方面,缺少严谨的RCT试验,虽临床研究较多,但质量不高,中医药治疗手段繁多,缺乏系统研究。今后,可加强中医药治疗针对化疗致周围神经病变的临床及机制研究。To understand the research status of Chinese medicine treatment of peripheral neuropathy,the author reviewed domestic and international relevant literature about Chinese medicine treatment of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy in nearly 10 years and found that chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy has high incidence and patients＇ lives qualities decrease significantly,often affecting the efficacy of chemotherapy. The clinical research is lack of rigorous RCT trials. Although there are more clinical researches,the quality is not high. Many Chinese medicine treatments are lack of systematic researches. In the future,we should enhance traditional Chinese medicine clinical and mechanism for chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy.
