摘 要:目的:探讨中下段食管癌适形联合调强放疗对心肺组织的影响。方法:将中下段食管癌患者40例,随机分为A、B两组,A组采用适形联合调强放疗(包括适形放疗10次,调强放疗20次)。B组采用单纯适形放疗30次。分析两组心、肺及左右冠状动脉接受的照射剂量。结果:A组患者心脏、右冠状动脉、左冠状动脉及双侧肺接受的放射量均明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:适形联合调强放疗能降低患者心、肺的放射照射量,减轻心肺等器官的损害。Objective: To investigate the effect of conformal radiotherapy combined with intensity-modulated radiation therapy on heart and lung tissue in patients with middle and lower esophageal carcinoma.Methods: 40 patients with middle and lower esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups: A and B. A was treated with conformal radiotherapy combined with intensity-modulated radiation therapy( including conformal radiotherapy 10 times,intensity modulated radiotherapy 20 times). Group B was treated with simple conformal radiotherapy for 30 times. The radiation dose of heart,lung and left and right coronary arteries of two groups was analyzed. Results: The radiation dose of heart, right coronary artery,left coronary artery and bilateral lung in group A was significantly lower than that in group B( P〈0.05). Conclusion: Conformal combined intensity modulated radiation therapy can reduce the radiation dose of heart and lung and reduce the damage of organs such as heart and lung.
