摘  要:有机磷酸酯(organophosphate esters,OPEs)是一种新型有机磷阻燃剂,已逐渐成为传统溴代阻燃剂的替代品,其产量和使用量逐年增加。已有研究表明:有机磷酸酸酯在环境介质中广泛存在,可以在不同介质中进行迁移转化,而且具有神经、生殖等生物毒性。综述了OPEs在不同环境介质中的环境暴露、迁移转化等环境行为及其毒性效应等。最后,针对目前的研究现状,对OPEs的进一步研究方向提出展望,以期为新型有机磷阻燃剂的风险评估和环境监管提供依据。Organophosphate esters (OPEs), as the replacements for traditional brominated flame retardants, their output and consumption are increasing year by year. Previous research showed that OPEs were widespread in the environment. Also, they could transform in different environmental media and might have neurotoxieity, reproductive toxicity, etc. This article reviewed the occurrence and exposure of OPEs in different environmental media, their environmental transport and transformation behaviour and their toxicity. At last, based on the present study, the prospects for future research direction have been put forward, which could provide the scientific basis for the risk assessment and environment supervision of emerging organophosphate flame retardants.
