摘　　要：以建设校企合作模式下的现代工业工程实验室为研究对象,通过企业简单零部件的组装,对程序分析、生产线组织、质量数据测定、工业机器人相关等工业工程专业实验进行设计,从而完成对设备、设施规划的设计与优化,使实验室内设施规划的运作结合于企业产品,从而最大程度地提高生产线的运作效率,降低人力、时间和物料成本,发挥校企合作模式下人才输送的"无缝对接"优势。Taking the modern industrial engineering laboratory under the school-enterprise cooperation mode as the research object,through the assembly of simple components of the enterprise, the industrial engineering professional experiments such as program analysis,production line organization, quality data measurement, industrial robot correlation, etc. are designed to complete the design and optimization of equipment and facility planning, so that the operation of the facility planning in the laboratory is integrated into the enterprise products, thereby maximizing the operational efficiency of the production line, reducing manpower, time and material costs, and giving play to the ＂seamless docking＂ advantage of talent transfer under the school-enterprise cooperation model.
