校企联合生产技术攻关模式分析与研究

摘　　要：通过与职教集团中的相关企业的深度校企合作,充分发挥职教育集团的资源共享、优势互补、合作育人,合作发展的优势,探索在职业集团中行业企业参与积极性不高,成员合作关系不紧密的解决办法,针对企业的生产技术攻关的合作模式进行探索研究,进而将职业院校和企业深度融合,以达到学校、企业、社会多赢的良性循环。为职教集团内校企联合的生产技术攻关模式提供可行性的借鉴。Through the in-depth school-enterprise cooperation with relevant enterprises in the vocational education group, it gives full play to the advantages of resource sharing, complementary advantages, cooperation and education, and cooperative development of the vocational education group, explores the solutions for the participation of industry enterprises in the professional group is not high, and the cooperation relationship between members is not close, explores and studies the cooperation mode of production technology research, and then integrates vocational colleges and enterprises to achieve a virtuous circle of win-win for schools, enterprises and society. It provides a feasible reference for the production technology research mode of the school-enterprise coalition education within the vocational education group.
