摘 要:空间、身体和身份是当代美国戏剧家玛莎·诺曼的名作《晚安,妈妈》中的重要主题。首先以当代女性主义地理学理论为视角,《晚安,妈妈》揭示了女性是如何在性别化的隔离空间内受到束缚压迫,甚至丧失了自我;其次,这种隔离空间的建构与经济和阶级关系交织在一起,加剧了女性的边缘地位;同时作品也展示了身体空间和身份认同的关系,指出杰西不合社会规范的身体是造成她自我认同受损的主要原因;此外,剧作中塑造的隔离空间具有矛盾性,而这种矛盾性为女性重塑身份提供了契机。Space, body and identity are the major concerns in Marsha Norman' s "night, Mother". The paper, in light of feminist geography, explores first how women in the play are constrained and even deprived of their identity in the gendered space marked by segregation, and then researches how economic relations and class relations are interwoven into the construction of the segregated space, which further marginalizes the female. Then it analyzes the relations between body and identity, stating that Jessie' s disqualified body brings about to great extent the split between her self - identity and social identity; and examines the paradoxes in the segregated space and explains how such contradictions offer chances for women to refashion their identities.
