摘　　要：病案在疾病研究当中发挥着重要的作用,通过病案的分析,医学研究人员可以更好地总结同类型疾病的发病机理并研究具体的疾病诊疗措施,可以说,病案是医学研究,尤其是临床治疗研究不可缺少的内容,因此对病案的质量做控制具有重要的现实价值。分析目前的病案质量控制,编码人员在病案的终末质量控制中起着重要的作用,所以具体分析其作用可以更好地认识编码人员的重要性,这对于编码人员的有效利用十分重要。该文就编码人员在终末病案质量控制中的具体作用做分析讨论,并就编码人员的具体素质提升等做分析,旨在强化编码人员的具体利用价值。The medical records play an important role in the disease study, and the analysis of medical records shows that the medical research staff can better summarize the onset mechanism of the same type and study the specific disease diagnosis and treatment measures, so, the medical records are the inevitable content of medical study, especially the clinical treatment study, therefore, the quality control of medical records is of important realistic value. The coders play an important role in the final quality control in the analysis of current medical records quality control, therefore, the special analysis of its role can better recognize the importance of coders, and it is very important to the effective usage of coders, based on the above, the paper discusses and analyzes the specific role of coders in the final medical records quality control and analyzes the improvement of specific quality of coders, in order to intensity the specific usage value of coders.
