摘  要:FPSO服役期内,由于海浪和海风的影响,船体在压载、操作和拖航工况下发生中垂/中拱,船体变形带动上部模块运动,并通过生根在上部模块的支架而作用在管道上,使管道产生位移。为了保证FPSO安全连续运行,FPSO上部模块管道应力分析除了考虑管道重量、温度、压力等常规载荷外,还需要重点考虑船体变形引起的管道支架位移的影响。目前国内介绍FPSO上部模块管道支架位移计算的文献较少,因此结合FPSO项目实例,详细介绍了FPSO上部模块管道支架位移计算的两种方法:线性插值法和软件模拟法,以及通过Excel从CAESAR Ⅱ软件快速导入/导出管道支架位移数据的方法,以供其他FPSO项目参考。During the service period of FPSO,the hull will sagging or hogging due to the influence of wave and wind under the cases of ballast,operation and transit,the hull deformation drives FPSO topside module to generate corresponding displacement,then the displacement will act on the piping supports,causing the piping deformation. In order to ensure the safety and continuous operation of FPSO,FPSO topside module piping stress analysis will focus on the piping deformation caused by hull sagging/hogging besides of the conventional loads such as piping weight,temperature and pressure. In this paper,linear interpolation method and software simulation method have been provided to perform displacement calculation for the piping supports located at FPSO topside module,and the piping support displacement data are quickly import/export from CAESAR II through the Excel sheet.
