利用沪杭铁路开行通勤客车的方案研究

摘　　要：为加快嘉兴融入上海都市圈步伐,充分利用既有沪杭铁路的资源,发挥区域综合交通系统整体的最优效益,对利用沪杭铁路开行(嘉兴至上海南)通勤客车方案进行研究。在分析沪杭铁路运营现状和沪杭通道内铁路分工的基础上,根据既有客流情况,采用交通需求预测方法,对嘉兴铁路枢纽内相关铁路站场的客流量进行预测,并进一步对嘉兴至上海间的城际通勤客流进行预测,结合铁路运输组织计划,研究得出近期沪杭铁路具备开行12对/d通勤客车的能力,并在线路、场站适应性基础上提出具体的开行方案、建设运营管理模式。研究结果表明,在满足一定条件的基础上,利用沪杭铁路开行通勤客车具有理论上的可行性,可以为地方政府决策提供参考。In order to accelerate the inclusion of Jiaxing into the Shanghai metropolitan area,make full use of the Shanghai-Hangzhou Railway and bring the optimal benefits of the regional integrated transport system,researches on Shanghai-Hangzhou Railway（Jiaxing to Shanghai South） commuter program are conducted. Based on the analysis of the current situation of Shanghai-Hangzhou railway operation and the division of railway in Shanghai-Hangzhou channel,traffic demand forecasting method is used to estimate the traffic volume of railway stations in Jiaxing Railway Hub and inter-city commuter passenger flow between Jiaxing and Shanghai. Combined with the railway transport organization plan,the study concludes that the recent Shanghai-Hangzhou Railway has 12 pairs of commuter train capacity. Detailed operational program is proposed based on the applicability of the lines and stations,and mode of construction and operation management is recommended. The results show that, on the basis of satisfying certain conditions,the operation of commuter train on Shanghai-Hangzhou railway is theoretically feasible and can provide references for decision-making of the local government
