摘 要:轨道交通标准梁工点设计过程繁琐,耗时费力且容易出错。为编制专用软件实现标准梁工点的自动化设计,利用参数化设计理念,节段法创建标准梁通用三维参数化模型,并附加工点实例化参数。通过设定梁跨曲线布置参数进行梁跨布置,自动化计算标准梁的工点梁重、梁长及制梁、架梁参数,创建标准梁工点实例化模型,并组装生成全桥BIM模型。经过多个国内外城市及城际轨道交通项目的成功应用表明:本方法适用性强,自动化程度高,计算结果准确,可显著提高轨道交通桥梁的设计质量和效率。The design of the rail transit standard beam site is complicated in process,time-consuming and error prone. In order to develop special software to realize automation of standard beam site design,parametric design principle is employed to create standard beam general 3 D parametric model by segment method with additional site instantiation parameters. The beam span is arranged by setting the beam layout parameters,the weight,length and manufacturing,erecting parameters of the standard beam site are automatically calculated,and the standard beam site instantiation model is established and assembled to generate the BIM model of the whole bridge. The successful application in manydomestic and foreign urban and intercity rail transit projects shows that the method is applicable,highly automated and accurate in calculation,and can significantly improve the design quality and efficiency of rail transit bridges.
