摘 要:针对配电线路负荷和无功功率不稳定造成电网补偿压力,配电变压器利用率降低,线路损耗升高等问题,采用一种增量式PID控制离散化的低压动态无功补偿控制方法,设计了基于DSP的动态无功补偿装置。该装置以带有感性负载的电网为控制对象,主要由无功补偿主电路、控制电路、检测与驱动电路三部分组成。检测电路将调理信号送入DSP进行数据分析处理后通过控制电路实时调节电网中无功功率的大小。实验结果表明,该装置能够提高系统功率因数,实现功率因数0.4~0.9稳定可调,且稳态精度能够达到0.05,保证了无功功率调节的准确性与稳定性。In order to solve the problems that the distribution network load and reactive power instability cause the grid com- pensation pressure, the distribution transformer utilization rate is reduced, and the line losses is increased, DSP dynamic reactive power compensation is designed, by using an low-voltage dynamic reactive power method of incremental PID control discretion. The equipment controlls a grid with inductive load. It is mainly composed of three parts: reactive power compensation main circuit, con- trol circuit, detection and drive circuit. The detection circuit sends the conditioning signal to the DSP for data analysis and processes, and then enters the control circuit to adjust the reactive power in the circuit in real time. The experimental results show that the device can improve the power factor of the system, achieve stable and adjustable power factor 0.4-0.9, and the steady-state accuracy can reach 0.05, which ensures the accuracy and stability of reactive power regulation.
