摘 要:为探明盾构隧道基岩爆破对管片外荷载的影响,以珠海马骝洲交通隧道工程为依托,介绍改进的基岩爆破预处理措施,采用现场测试的方法对隧道无基岩地层断面及基岩爆破扰动地层断面处的管片外侧水土压力进行长期自动监测。得到以下结论:(1)基岩爆破装药结构经现场验证具有良好的爆破效果,可简化施工作业,利于盾构施工;(2)海底基岩爆破破坏土层的原有结构,爆破地层施工过程中水压力消散较慢,水土"耦合"更为复杂,隧道侧压力增大;(3)监测数据表明无论土层爆破与否,隧道围岩压力均表现以水压力为主的特征。In order to find out the influence of blasting disturbance on the outer load of the segment of the shield tunnel,the Maliuzhou Traffic Tunnel Project of Zhuhai is taken as the research object. The method of blasting pretreatment of the tunnel uplift of bedrock is employed,and long-term test of the external load of the tunnel under different strata is performed. Research conclusion:( 1) The rock/boulder blasting charge structure is proved effective by on-site tests;( 2) The seabed explosion destroys the original structure of the soil,which has great influence on the load on the tunnel,and the water pressure dissipation progresses more slowly during the grouting process,the coupling between soil and water is more complex in the process of grouting pressure dissipation and the tunnel side pressure increases in the strata disturbed by blasting;( 3) The test data show that the pressure of the surrounding rock of the subsea tunnel is mainly characterized by water pressure,whether or not the soil is blasted.
