摘  要:石油无论是对国家运转还是个人生活都起决定性的作用,因此石油资源的探测、开采、运输和储藏成为世界各国大力研究的项目。针对绥中36-1油田的原油采出液形成的原油乳化液破乳温度较高,聚合物的混合导致乳化液脱水效果差的问题主要采用化学破乳的方法实验并研究。本文以温度、聚合物浓度以及破乳剂为变量的条件下进行实验研究并总结出其对脱水速率产生的影响。Oil plays a decisive role in national operation and personal life, so the exploration, exploitation, transportation and storage of oil resources have become a major research project in the world. The chemical demulsification method was mainly used to solve the problem that the demulsification temperature of crude oil emulsion formed by the crude oil produced fluid in SZ36-1 oilfield was higher and the dehydration effect of the emulsion was worse because of the polymer mixing. The effects of temperature, polymer concentration and demulsifier on the dehydration rate were studied experimentally.
